Refund & Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If your return request is accepted, we will provide return instructions, including how and where to send your package.
Return Shipping Fees
If the return is caused by the customer, including but not limited to change of mind, ordering the wrong size or color, dislike of the product style, or any reason unrelated to product damage or fulfillment error, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. The exact return shipping cost will depend on the courier or shipping carrier selected by the customer.
If the return is caused by our error, including receiving a damaged, defective, incorrect, or wrong item, the customer will not be required to bear the return shipping fee. In such cases, we will provide return instructions and arrange the return process according to our return policy.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hello@nefereva.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products, special orders, personalized items, and gift cards. For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been worn, washed, used, damaged after delivery, altered, or returned without original tags and packaging may not be eligible for return.
Sale items or final sale items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at hello@nefereva.com.
